[Central Library] You can consult with the support desk on the 2nd floor of the Central Library for translation advice. It is not available to translate or check the language, but some staff can help you in languages other than Japanese, English and Chinese.
You may be guided to another day, depending on the content of your question. The support desk is available from 3 pm to 7 pm on weekdays.
